You cannot manage what you don\u2019t measure!<\/p>\n

A thesis that, for example, one of the founders of HP, Bill Hewlett, argued for and which is of great importance for (certifiable) management systems. Key indicators should be relevant, reliable and suitable for controlling a company. In the webinar, you will receive suggestions on whether the relevance of key indicators should be questioned (e.g., in the case of operational changes or through the Corona impact), how to evaluate the suitability of reference figures, and how to deal with basic loads and normalizations.<\/p>\n

The graduate meteorologist already dealt with the management system standards ISO 14001 and EMAS (environment) as well as ISO 9001 (quality) at T\u00dcV Hessen since 1992. She works as a freelance management consultant, seminar lecturer and external certification auditor or environmental expert since 2001. In the VNU, she is in the head of the department Water Risk, manages official events and is active in the board as treasurer and as vice-president.<\/p>\n
