<\/h2>\n<\/h2>\nIn 2024, the joint Austrian and German Environmental Management Award was once again given in several categories. The award ceremony took place under Austrian umbrella on 5 November 2024<\/strong> in Vienna<\/strong> at the Parkhotel Sch\u00f6nbrunn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Companies and organisations had until 28 June 2024 to submit their outstanding achievements or an exemplary environmental statement in one (or both) categories:<\/p>\n - Best EMAS environmental statement The \u2018Best Strategy\u2019 category was also awarded in Austria.<\/p>\n A total of 62 applications were received from Germany and Austria. The documents submitted show an impressive variety of organisations as well as operational measures and environmental declarations that can serve as role models for environmental, climate and nature conservation as well as for greater sustainability. All submitted contributions convinced due to their transparent and comprehensive presentation of the commitment to sustainable corporate management.<\/p>\n HiPP Produktion Gmunden GmbH<\/strong> The award ceremony took place as part of the conference \u2018Managing sustainability successfully: from obligations to opportunities<\/strong>\u2019 on 5th November 2024 at the Austria Trend Parkhotel Sch\u00f6nbrunn (Hietzinger Hauptstr. 10-14, 1130 Vienna, Austria).<\/p>\n The conference was dedicated to the topics of social responsibility and corporate due diligence with presentations and a panel discussion. Practical reports on EMAS and the Ecolabel were also presented, providing a worthy setting for the award ceremony.
