Head of Sustainability and Academy at the Berlin auditing company for management systems and environmental auditing organisation GUTcert deals, among other things, with audits of sustainability reports of various formats and with the assessment of the status of the organisations' sustainable development. She has also been the GUTcert sustainability officer since 2014. In this function, the further development of the GUTcert internal sustainability management and the writing of the GUTcert sustainability reports (GRI/ DNK/SDG) is her responsibility.

The group of companies with the main company Martin Bauer Group is one of the world's largest suppliers of plant solutions for the tea, beverage, food and animal nutrition industries. The raw materials are cultivated, procured and processed by the company itself from more than 80 countries. In addition to classic environmental protection and social issues, Mr. Braun is also involved in promoting strategically important sustainability issues for the globally active group of companies, including the development of a long-term climate protection strategy and the introduction of climate-neutral business practices. Systematic management approaches, e.g. based on ISO 26000 or ISO 14001 / EMAS and sustainability reporting topics are also part of his responsibilities. Here, SDG obligations, GRI, inclusion in the German sustainability code and the holistic preparation of sustainability reports are to be mentioned. Mr. Braun has been involved with environmental protection and sustainability issues for about 30 years and has been closely associated with the VNU for many years.
