Emmanuel Kofi Zinsu

Since May 2020, I have been working at WOLFF & MÜLLER Holding GmbH & Co. KG in the area of Sustainability Management & CSR Assessments. My day-to-day business at WOLFF & MÜLLER includes the support in the coordination and management of the group's sustainability strategy (according to the Gottlob Müller principle), the support of strategic projects, sustainability reporting, and the implementation of sustainability assessments such as EcoVadis.

Prior to this, I completed a master's degree in agricultural economics at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart) and subsequently furthered my education and certification as an international project manager via GNE, Witzenhausen as well as a CSR -manager (IHK Nuremberg). Some of my previous professional experiences include project management in sustainable procurement management - digitalization in the pineapple supply chain - as well as consulting individuals and companies on corporate volunteering strategies.

Meanwhile, I am doing a part-time MBA at FOM Stuttgart with a focus on sustainable product design and development and sustainable finance.

These topics are very important to me, as I believe that business plays a key role in moving away from business-as-usual and achieving the SDGs.

This is also the point I associate most strongly with VNU. For me, VNU is the place where theory meets practice.

The exchange between experts and the always practical, informative seminars that address the sustainable and environmentally oriented management of companies accompany me in my everyday business as well as in my studies.
