Klaus J. Schuler is the VNU's expert on business ethics and responsible leadership. For more than 30 years, he has worked for a wide range of companies in the field of leadership development. For more than 28 years, he has held leadership roles himself, both nationally and internationally, and has been responsible for turnover, personnel and subsidiaries. In 2013, he founded Tripl3Leader GmbH to better prepare leaders for ethical reflection, responsible action and sustainable business results.
