Dr Sam Healy FICRS, Group CR&S Director, QinetiQ
Dr Sam Healy is Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) and responsible for CR&S strategy and the delivery of a broad range of programmes across the QinetiQ Group including ethics, diversity and inclusion, STEM outreach, climate change and stakeholder engagement. Sam is Chair of the ADS Sustainability Working Group and is a Board Director of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), focusing on the continued professional development of CR&S practitioners. Sam led The 5% Club (to promotes opportunities for young people) and in 2017 received a British Empire Medal for services to apprenticeship and graduate programmes in the defence industry.

Stephanie Todd, Operational Sustainability Manager | Estates and Sustainability, Kingston University
Stephanie joined Kingston University in February 2020 where she is leading on operational sustainability and has worked with the Senior Leadership Team in leading the development of the University’s 5-year Institutional Sustainability Plan. Prior to that she worked as an Environmental Consultant and Regional Environmental Advisor (England) at QinetiQ Plc. In 2015, Stephanie graduated from the University of Southampton with a masters’ degree in Environmental Sciences (MENVSci Hons) and is a practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). In her spare time, she is a Trustee for the Surrey Wildlife Trust. She trained with former US Vice President Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader in 2020 and regularly delivers an updated version of Mr Gore’s now famous slideshow in the film ‘An Inconvenient Truth’.

Martina Prox, Sustainability Strategy, iPoint Group | Member of the Board of VNU
Martina Prox, M.A., has been engaged for innovation, sustainable production and IT for over 20 years. For the company ifu Hamburg - member of iPoint Group, she supports businesses on their way to sustainable production in the selection of suitable software solutions. Since 2018 Martina has been a member of the Board of the VNU – Association of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals, a Germany-based NGO.
